She has been a Marketing Service Rep for many years and is assigned to several of our largest Limited Benefit groups. Today, on our leadership call with our largest client, Express Personnel, the Benefits Director went out of his way to thank her for the high level of support that she provides the leadership team at Express. Typically, he doesn't interact with her much on a day-to-day basis since his counterpart typically does, but he had to last week while his counterpart was out for a few days. He said that the level of service she provided him exceeded his expectations. He said that he was very impressed with her responsiveness and how she followed up to ensure he had received everything that was needed. Passionate about her job is how he described her.
While we all know this about her, hearing it from any group, let alone our largest, is very exciting.
