Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) & MEC+ Plans
MEC Wellness and Preventive Benefit Plans provide an affordable alternative to high healthcare costs by covering the preventive services required under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). MEC+ plans include all MEC‑required preventive benefits plus additional healthcare services for a slightly higher monthly cost. These plans are ideal for employers seeking to offer meaningful coverage without the expense of major medical insurance.
Minimum Value Plans (MVP) — For Large Groups
Note: An MVP must be offered alongside a Fixed Indemnity Medical Plan.
