She embodies all the good qualities! If any of us has a problem, she acts—in fact, she doesn’t just act, she acts immediately. She makes us feel heard. Respectfulness is displayed in many different ways, but I feel it starts with showing you truly value others’ work and their perspective. This allows us to feel like we belong. She embodies understanding, knows who she is professionally, knows how others see her, and represents the company superbly. This lady has bucketloads of these characteristics. She encourages and influences us to get work done. She is great at encouraging us all by example through her own work ethic. She is ALWAYS thankful. Few people regularly say “thank you” in work settings. She does. It’s pretty amazing to get regular thanks—even a personal thank-you card with a little package of PAI goodies.

He's the best boss ever! He's super trusting and never micromanages, and even if he doesn't know something, he'll always point you in the right direction. He's been so patient and supportive over the years, always having our backs, and we're so thankful for his loyalty. He's one of a kind, seriously!
